Take a transparent gif to IM Studio. You can get one at Denisov on the front page in the upper top right drop down. Resize it to 200x300!

Now go into Draw to draw a bunch of lines on the image so that it can be painted. Inside the Draw option, use Fill color: gold. Stroke color: gold. Stroke width: 3. The "Line" option should already be showing. In the parameter box put the coordinates for each line as follows:

Paint: floodfill-color. Feet: white. Socks: gold. Shirt: gold. Pants: royalblue. Ball: orangered. Transparentize the head by putting none for color, floodfill, matte. Resize image to 225 (auto sizer). Go in to Decorate to add more space by putting +0+25 +3+3 transparent border.
Composite. Put head URL in space. Center. +16+21. Over Transform. Trim. Reset page geometry. Transform. Output.
NOTE: To get the whites of his eyes, once you have all your parameters, you can spruce up the image. For these eyes, take a face gif to IM and Paint it by using Reset option, color and white. This way the size will be the same as the face you used to get the parameters. Annotate the eyes on to this white gif. Then make the back transparent and composite the eyes over the already annotated face. Should fit exactly in place over the original eyes.
